We are a family-owned and operated business that specialises in custom construction & Joinery. With over 20 years in the construction industry, our main focus is to help you build your dream project, whether it’s a forever home, an extension/renovation of your current home, or a custom joinery project. We also specialise in commercial fit-outs of bars and restaurants. Our team is passionate about creating unique projects that stand out from the rest and takes great pride in their work.
Our experienced director, Ben Denereaz, is a registered builder who oversees every project from start to finish, ensuring that every detail is executed to perfection. At Mavben, we are committed to working closely with you every step of the way to ensure that your vision is brought to life flawlessly.
One thing that sets us apart is our skilled traditional craftsman. Our carpenters specialise in joinery and carpentry in our own joinery workshop. This enables us to create custom, bespoke products that will help your project stand out and provide a unique space for you and your loved ones.

By collaborating throughout the design process, we provide ongoing cost guidance and realistic advice, preventing designs from exceeding expectations. Initial Consultation
We begin with a detailed consultation to understand your lifestyle, goals, and the vision for your renovation, extension, or joinery project. This initial discussion allows us to align on expectations, budget considerations, and the best approach for your project from the outset.02
Design & Planning
During the design phase, we work closely with you and your designer to develop concept drawings that respond to your brief. Once these concepts are established, we provide a Quick Budget Estimate (QBE) to help you understand early on whether the design aligns with your intended investment. This step provides clarity and confidence before progressing further.03
Approvals & Documentation
With the design and budget confirmed, we manage the required documentation and approvals, ensuring all plans meet regulatory requirements and are ready for construction.04
Construction
Our experienced team delivers the construction of your renovation, extension, new home, or custom joinery package with a strong focus on quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and attention to detail throughout every single stage of the project.05
Completion & Handover
We complete the project with a thorough quality check and final walkthrough, handing over a beautifully finished project that’s ready to be lived in and enjoyed.
