WIDE BELT SANDER
Our factory offers wide belt sanding, which produces a flawlessly smooth finish on all flat surfaces, including our timber bench tops.
EDGE BANDER
We use an edge banding machine to apply vinyl or solid edges to our cabinets and doors. This machine comes with a pre-milling feature that allows all the material passing through it to come out with a crisp and clean edge tape applied.
THICKNESSER
One of the most useful features of a thickness is its ability to transform any size of timber into the specific thickness required for a particular project. This versatility is particularly valuable when working with materials that need to be dressed to a precise thickness.
PLAINER THICKNESSER
A plainer joinTer allows us to take recycled or mill cut timber and turn it into a straight and square piece of timber, suitable for use in your project.

SPINDLE MOULDER
This tool is one of the most valuable machines in our factory, with limitless functions. For instance, while working on a heritage home with original features from the 1900s, we can create custom-made heads for the Spindle moulder. This allows us to produce skirting boards that match the existing décor, ensuring a cohesive look during renovations. We also use the Spindle moulder to craft custom window profiles.
